Q - What if my scheduled clean falls on a holiday?
A - If you have a regular scheduled clean that falls on a holiday we will reach out to you weeks in advance to reschedule.
Q - Can pets be home during a cleaning?
A - Yes we love all pets; however, if your pets are known to be aggressive to strangers we'd ask that they be put outside or in a separate area away from the space being cleaned. This ensures the safety of both our staff and your pet.
Q - Do you accept credit cards?
A - Unfortunately no. We do accept EFT, Interac e-transfer or cash.
Q - Do you accept tips?
A - Although not expected by any of our staff, the choice ultimately lies with you and in no way affects the quality of service you expect to receive.
Q - Do you always send the same team?
A - We believe in a consistent, thorough and professional clean. As such our teams are trained to meet every expectation of our clients. Keeping the same teams with each client ensures consistency while providing a familiar face.
Q - Do you accept feedback?
A- Absolutely. While we strive to be the very best we understand that each client is different. If there is anything that you would like us to improve feel free to reach out. Our success depends on your satisfaction. Saying that, referrals are also welcome
Q - What if I am not satisfied with my service?
A - At Doin' Dirty, your satisfaction is our main priority. We fully understand cleaning is a human service, so if at anytime you are not satisfied with any part your clean, please reach out within 24 hrs. We'd ask you to identify where we underperformed and we'll come back to make it right at no charge to you.
Q - Do you offer referral discounts?
A - Absolutely! Our business' success is based on customer satisfaction and positive "word of mouth" advertising. So if you know anyone looking for a professional, friendly and thorough clean while not breaking their wallet, please feel free to refer us. Any referral that results in a new client's first clean, results in a $25.00 discount on your next clean. The best part is, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
Q - How often can i get my house cleaned?
A - Doin' Dirty offers weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleans depending on your individual cleaning needs. We also offer "special cleans" for those looking for move in/move out, special events, hosting a holiday or AirBnB. We can customize your cleaning needs to ensure your satisfaction. Our job is to give you time back to enjoy the better things in life.
Q - Do I need to provide cleaning equipment/supplies?
A - No, we arrive at your home with everything we need to ensure your home sparkles. If there are any special requirements or allergies please let us know ahead of time and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Q - What should i do before a clean?
A - Book yourself a spa treatment, a walk in the park or anything that makes you happy. Leave the work to us and enjoy the time you deserve for you or your loved ones. The only things we ask is you ensure everything is off the floor, pets are secured and dirty dishes are not lying round. We will take care of the rest.
